You’ll be part of a close-knit shift engineering team, keeping production moving through a mix of reactive fault-finding, planned maintenance, and continuous improvement. Full training and cross-skilling support are available for engineers with the right mindset.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing reactive and proactive maintenance support across the site
- Fault-finding on a wide range of mechanical and/or electrical systems
- Carrying out planned and preventative maintenance to improve reliability
- Supporting breakdown response during days and nights shifts
- Working safely at all times, following isolation and H&S procedures
- Sharing knowledge with other engineers and apprentices on shift
What We’re Looking For:
- A maintenance engineer with electrical or mechanical bias (multi-skilled ideal, not essential)
- A recognised apprenticeship, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent qualification
- Strong fault-finding ability and hands-on engineering approach
- A positive, energetic, and driven attitude towards work
- Willingness to be trained and develop additional skills
- Comfortable working a rotating 4 on 4 off days and nights shift pattern
