We're recruiting for a Site Services Engineer to join one of the world's leading food manufacturers. If you're the type of engineer who takes pride in keeping a site running safely, efficiently and reliably, this is a role where you'll be trusted to do exactly that.
This isn't just another maintenance role. As the Site Services Engineer, you'll look after the site's critical services and utilities, keeping everything from water treatment to refrigeration and factory infrastructure operating at its best. You'll also have the chance to drive improvements, reduce downtime and help shape how the site performs.
What you'll be doing:
- Keeping site services, utilities and factory infrastructure running safely and efficiently.
- Maintaining water treatment, refrigeration, HVAC, pipework and other essential plant.
- Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance.
- Finding faults quickly and fixing them properly.
- Driving reliability improvements and reducing repeat breakdowns.
- Making sure statutory inspections and compliance are always up to date.
- Supporting a safe, clean and high-performing manufacturing site.
What we're looking for:
- NVQ Level 3 in Engineering (or equivalent).
- Strong electrical skills with mechanical knowledge.
- Experience in manufacturing, food or another fast-paced production environment.
- Fabrication experience.
- Refrigeration experience.
- Someone who takes ownership, spots problems early and enjoys improving how things work.
