This Maintenance Engineer role is all about keeping production running smoothly, solving problems quickly, and preventing issues before they affect output.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Carrying out proactive and reactive maintenance across production equipment
  • Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults quickly to minimise downtime
  • Working closely with the production team to keep lines running efficiently
  • Supporting small electrical installations and maintenance upgrades

What We’re Looking For:

  • A multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer with strong electrical and mechanical skills
  • Experience working with AC and servo motors, drives, and production machinery
  • Mechanical experience with gearboxes, rollers, pneumatics, and hydraulics
  • Ability to strip, repair, and rebuild machinery confidently
  • NVQ Level 3 qualified or time-served Maintenance Engineer
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently on nights
