What You'll Be Doing:
- Carrying out planned and reactive electrical and mechanical maintenance
- Fault finding on electrical systems, motors, sensors, and control equipment
- Diagnosing and repairing mechanical faults on conveyors, gearboxes, and production lines
- Supporting production to minimise downtime and maximise efficiency
- Troubleshooting breakdowns quickly and effectively
- Identifying and delivering continuous improvement opportunities
- Recording maintenance activities and equipment performance
What We're Looking For:
- Experience as a Maintenance Engineer, Shift Engineer, or multi-skilled engineer
- Strong mechanical bias with electrical fault-finding skills
- Background in manufacturing, FMCG, food production, or transferable environments
- Comfortable working Panama shifts (days and nights)
- Proactive, problem-solving approach to maintenance
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Engineering qualification or apprenticeship preferred
