Looking for a fresh start at a brand-new factory with top-of-the-range equipment? This Maintenance Engineer role is with one of the largest manufacturers in Europe, and they\’re just getting started at their new Market Deeping site.
You\’ll be joining a growing team that actually values engineers, with proper investment, clean kit, and no weekend shifts.
What youll be doing as a Maintenance Engineer:
- Electrical fault finding on 3-phase, AC/servo motors, sensors, and control systems
- Carrying out installs (lighting, small power) and planned maintenance
- Mechanical work across gearboxes, pneumatics, hydraulics, rollers, shafts, etc.
- Dismantling, rebuilding, and keeping things moving with minimal downtime
- Making sure spares, tools, and equipment are stocked and ready

- A Maintenance Engineer with manufacturing experience
- Confident with both mechanical and electrical work (bias either way is fine)
- NVQ Level 3 or time-served experience
