This Mechanical Technician position is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the tools, solving problems in real time and keeping essential plant equipment running safely and efficiently.
Working a 4 on 4 off days pattern, this Mechanical Technician role offers structure, stability and the opportunity to make a visible impact in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Providing first-response mechanical support across site services and production areas
- Carrying out welding and fabrication work to maintain and improve plant equipment
- Supporting maintenance of steam, water, air and refrigeration systems
- Completing planned maintenance tasks to minimise downtime
- Identifying and delivering small improvements to enhance reliability and safety
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with health and safety standards
