We’re hiring for a Maintenance Engineer to join a growing food manufacturing business in Hull – one that’s producing over 500 million meals a year and showing no signs of slowing down. You’ll be joining a tight-knit team that keeps the site running. If you’ve got experience in either electrical or mechanical maintenance, we’d love to hear from you – and we’re open to engineers from all industries, including those early in their career.
What you’ll be doing:
- Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance to keep machines running smoothly
- Helping with installations and upgrades when needed
- Making sure the shift handovers are clear and work gets passed on properly
- Working with the wider team to fix issues quickly and avoid downtime
- Following health & safety and site rules at all times
- Supporting general site services as required

- A solid understanding of either mechanical or electrical systems
- Someone who can keep cool under pressure and solve problems fast
- Good team player – happy to get stuck in and support others
- Comfortable following food safety and quality standards
