Orange Malone is collaborating with an insurance client seeking a Head of Investment Valuation . This individual will lead the Investment Valuation team and oversee the delivery of asset modeling methodology and systems, as well as manage short-term liquidity risk modeling and other initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified actuary or possess an equivalent quantitative and professional background, with substantial experience in Investments, Reporting, or Treasury. They should have a proven track record of developing practical solutions to complex technical issues, leading asset modelling and governance developments required to value new types of assets, and driving dialogue with asset managers.
Experience in financial markets, particularly with corporate bonds, loans, financial derivatives, and repos, is highly desirable. Additionally, the candidate should have excellent knowledge of fixed-income assets and derivatives.
