The Technical Solutions Architect plays a critical role in designing, educating and enabling our platform to meet the specific needs of our clients. By collaborating closely with product, engineering, sales, and services, the Technical Solutions Architect uses their technical expertise to ensure that our solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with customer requirements, ultimately helping clients maximize the value of their Orange Logic investment.
Your Role at Orange Logic:
- Design and architect scalable, secure solutions that align with client objectives and integrate seamlessly with existing systems.
- Determine infrastructure requirements to ensure customers instances are appropriately configured to manage expected throughput/usage.
- Develop technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, data flow diagrams, and integration specifications.
- Lead technical discussions and presentations, providing clear explanations of proposed solutions.
- Provide technical expertise for pre-sales and post-sales support, including demos, POCs, and RFP responses.
- Support SE teams with complex workflows, integrations, and demo setups.
- Collaborate with sales to develop technical proposals that showcase Orange Logic's capabilities.
- Assist partners with integration design, joint solutions, and technical enablement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital asset management.
- Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and certification.
Ideal Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience with complex, cross-functional enterprise software implementations.
