Your Role at Orange Logic

  • Plans, establishes, and manages software implementation projects and serves as a liaison between the business and technical aspects of assigned projects.
  • Primarily manages Phase 1 implementations and later-phase SOWs to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.
  • Sets and tracks project milestones; manages and accounts for unforeseen delays, then realigns schedules and expectations as needed.
  • Accurately identifies and escalates project risks appropriately.
  • Drafts change requests, as needed.
  • Ensures a customer’s successful transition to Customer Success upon project completion.
  • Provides recommendations to improve implementation process.

Ideal Qualifications

  • Obtained a bachelor degree.
  • 5+ years’ experience managing complex, cross-functional enterprise software implementations.
  • Technically curious and eager to understand how complex systems work.
  • Excellent time-management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks and clients simultaneously.
  • Thorough understanding of project management principles and planning.
  • Ability to motivate groups of people to complete a project in a timely manner.
  • Proficient with G-Suite or related software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
