Your Role at Orange Logic
- Plans, establishes, and manages software implementation projects and serves as a liaison between the business and technical aspects of assigned projects.
- Primarily manages Phase 1 implementations and later-phase SOWs to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.
- Sets and tracks project milestones; manages and accounts for unforeseen delays, then realigns schedules and expectations as needed.
- Accurately identifies and escalates project risks appropriately.
- Drafts change requests, as needed.
- Ensures a customer’s successful transition to Customer Success upon project completion.
- Provides recommendations to improve implementation process.
Ideal Qualifications
- Obtained a bachelor degree.
- 5+ years’ experience managing complex, cross-functional enterprise software implementations.
- Technically curious and eager to understand how complex systems work.
- Excellent time-management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks and clients simultaneously.
- Thorough understanding of project management principles and planning.
- Ability to motivate groups of people to complete a project in a timely manner.
- Proficient with G-Suite or related software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
