For more than two decades, Orange Logic has empowered a wide range of clients with its digital asset management system, Orange Logic Platform. We’ve worked with almost every industry, from Finance to NGOs, Media giants to educational institutions, securing and organizing their assets. This role is responsible for the successful implementation of customized software environments for our clients. This role is both technical and client-facing.
What you can expect in your role:
- Assists clients in translating their specific requirements into functional workflows.
- Troubleshoots software-related problems that occur in client environments.
- Provides guidance to clients with respect to technical best-practices and recommendations for workflow improvements.
- Serves as a client advocate, seeking to provide white-glove service and solutions.
- Creates, and advocates for, enhancements that improve the user experience for both clients and Implementation Specialists.
- Takes a proactive approach in seeking to improve existing implementation processes by increasing speed, efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Performs client training in both general functionality and client-specific customizations.
You are:
- Obtained a bachelor's degree, preferably in STEM.
- Highly technical, experience developing custom integrations between software platforms.
- Experience implementing enterprise software.
- Expert knowledge of and experience with Digital Asset Management systems is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Positive attitude, with a genuine enthusiasm for proactively solving problems.
- Technically curious and eager to understand how complex systems work.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and manage several concurrent projects simultaneously.
- Analytical thinker who can translate complex business needs into feasible solutions.
