The Field Marketing Manager will drive regional demand generation efforts to support the growth and awareness of Orange Logic’s product offerings across the North America region. This role focuses on planning and executing localized marketing campaigns, coordinating with sales teams, and building meaningful relationships with prospects and customers through on-the-ground efforts.
You Role at Orange Logic:
- Develop and execute regional marketing campaigns to drive pipeline growth and customer acquisition
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to create personalized marketing plans aligned with regional sales goals
- Manage field events, webinars, trade shows, and partner marketing activities to build brand awareness and generate leads
- Conduct market research to identify regional opportunities and challenges
- Gather and share customer insights to inform product positioning and messaging
- Monitor competitive activity within the region to adjust strategies accordingly
- Develop strong relationships with local partners, influencers, and key customer accounts
- Act as a brand ambassador at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of field marketing efforts, providing insights to improve future campaigns
- Maintain regular communication with marketing leadership, presenting data-driven recommendations
Ideal Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS or digital asset management (DAM) company
- Proven track record of planning and executing successful field marketing campaigns
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce)
- Ability to travel frequently to various field events in North America

How to get started:
The target compensation for this position is $75,000 – 100,000 in most remote locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
