Sales Operations Manager
Richmond | £40,000£45,000 + Bonus

The role:
This is a varied, hands-on management role where people management is key.
Youll lead a team of three and take responsibility for the smooth running and performance of the division. Youll know whats happening across the business, from the team and customers to leads, quotations, CRM activity and the numbers.
Youll be responsible for:
- Managing, supporting and motivating your team
- Taking ownership of the division's day-to-day running
- Keeping on top of customer enquiries, quotations and opportunities
- Ensuring leads are followed up consistently
- Using the CRM to manage customers, leads and activity
- Monitoring performance and keeping an eye on the numbers
- Working closely with colleagues across the wider group
- Identifying opportunities to make things work even better
About you:
- First and foremost, youll be an experienced people manager who enjoys getting the best from a team.
Youll also have:
- Strong CRM experience the business uses Zoho, although Zoho experience isnt essential
- Good commercial and business awareness
- Confidence with figures and understanding business performance
- Experience in a busy, customer-focused environment
- A practical, organised approach and the confidence to take ownership
You could come from e-commerce, wholesale, distribution, trade supplies or another commercially focused business your exact industry background isnt important. xgikmsk
