Two-year rotational graduate programme
This is an exciting opportunity to join Nikon UKs Graduate Management Development Programme, gaining hands-on experience across different areas of the business while developing the skills and commercial understanding needed to build your future career. Over two years, you'll complete rotations across three of four key business areas:
- Marketing
- Sales
- Commercial Planning
- Customer Service
This isn't a programme where you'll simply observe from the sidelines. You'll have real responsibility from the outset, contributing to live projects, working alongside experienced colleagues and gaining exposure to different people, functions and commercial challenges.
Your rotations could include:
- Marketing
- PR and media communications
- Social media and content
- CRM and customer communications
- Copywriting
- Video development
- Product launches and events
- Sales
- Supporting key retail customers
- Working alongside Account Managers
- Sales reporting and analysis
- Supporting marketing investment activity
- Direct sales operations
- Commercial Planning
- Budget and commercial planning
- Business and customer insights
- Market analysis
- Using data to support commercial decision-making
- Customer Service
- Responding to customer enquiries by telephone, email and written communication
- Resolving service-related queries
- Supporting customers face-to-face at events
- Maintaining accurate customer information and records
What we're looking for:
- A 2:1 degree or above
- A minimum of 7 GCSEs at grade 7 or above, including both Maths and English at grade 7 or above
- A minimum of 3 A Levels at grade B or above
- Evidence of leadership and initiative
- A genuine interest in developing experience across different commercial functions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good Microsoft Office skills
- The ability to commute to Surbiton for two office days each week, or willingness to relocate
- Previous work experience, an internship or work placement would be highly advantageous.
