As an established, highly successful business, the role of Executive Assistant/Office Manager is an integral part of the company and pivotal to its success. This UK based consultancy was established over 15 years ago, has an enviable global client portfolio, and are an innovative, dynamic team of collaborators.

As Executive Assistant/Office Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Providing full administrative and PA support to Partners and ad hoc support to a team of Analysts and Consultants
  • Managing the company's interface with its clients
  • Managing diaries, international travel and paperwork
  • Manage sales invoicing and supplier payments
  • Performing HR duties in liaison with HR legal team
  • Managing the graduate recruitment process in support of recruiting partners
  • Actively managing the team social activities
  • Project work

The successful candidate for the role of Executive Assistant/Office Manager will be/have:

  • Highly literate/numerate
  • Be confident in dealing with very senior managers in large blue-chip companies
  • Gravitas, diplomacy and strong influencing skills
  • Excellent MS Office
  • Experience of supporting Founders/Partners/Directors
  • Empathetic with a good sense of humour
  • Live within a 45 minute commute to Richmond

In return the Executive Assistant/Office Manager will receive a basic salary in the region of £(phone number removed), pension, 25 days holiday, private medical and fantastic office environment close to Richmond station.
