About the Role - We are looking for an experienced Event Manager to plan and execute engaging fundraising events, medical conferences, and community-driven initiatives. Key Responsibilities -

  • Plan and manage fundraising events, awareness campaigns, and charity-focused medical annual conferences.
  • Develop event concepts, timelines, and budgets that align with fundraising and awareness goals.
  • Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, vendor negotiations, and program scheduling.
  • Collaborate with nonprofit organisations, sponsors, healthcare professionals, and volunteers.
  • Drive event marketing, social media promotions, and attendee engagement strategies.
  • Manage registration, ticketing, donor relations, and post-event reporting.
  • Stay updated on trends in charity and medical events to bring fresh ideas to the table.

Qualifications & Skills -
