The Sales management director is key to achieve this transformation and support our new approach to marketing, pre-sales & sales ecosystem. Role Mission : We seek a strategic and results-oriented Director Sales Management to drive our sales (IT) technology global transformation on CRM, pre-sales, marketing IT assets. Key objectives include enhancing customer relationships, improving sales productivity, and achieving overall business goals through the sales management tools. Responsibilities : Manage and oversee Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, ensuring effective utilization and strategic direction, on Salesforce. Lead the Contract Lifecycle Management processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency. Oversee the development and maintenance of the mediation and integration platform to facilitate seamless data flow and communications. Implement and manage marketing automation tools to enhance sales outreach and effectiveness. Ensure the architecture, development, and maintenance of sales management systems are scalable, reliable, and secure to meet business demands. Define and execute the IT strategy for the sales management function, aligning with sales technology and digital strategies. Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders across various zones and channels to support the sales management function. Build and manage CRM 2.0 and oversee other relevant responsibilities to enhance sales effectiveness. People Management : Oversee multiple teams located in various countries to ensure alignment with corporate sales objectives. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages open communication and teamwork among diverse teams. Implement performance metrics to evaluate team effectiveness and align individual goals with overall organizational objectives. Education and Qualification background : • Master\’s degree in Telecom, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • Technical knowledge on Commercial Order Management, APIs, automation, security, devops, and scale agile processes. • Experience: Managing sales management systems – 5 years, working in telecom – 10 years, cross location ways of working – 5 years, System Integrators and product vendors managing experience min 5 years, Executive business stakeholders management experience 3 years, Budget management – 3 Years Key Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities • Extensive knowledge of CRM systems and best practices to support sales initiatives. • Proven experience as an IT leader, managing large-scale programs effectively. • In-depth understanding of the Telecom industry, specifically related to B2B business. • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and ITIL practices to foster effective team dynamics. • Experience in transforming legacy software development practices into standardized, scalable solutions. • Strong drive, autonomy, and initiative-taking abilities, coupled with a proactive approach. • Expertise in navigating complex organizational structures to drive business outcomes. • Experience managing system integrators and product vendors to ensure quality delivery. • Outcome-focused mindset with a strong interest in technological innovation and efficient testing processes. • Demonstrated leadership in managing tech teams and fostering a collaborative environment. • Ability to think creatively and adapt to changing business models. • Rigorous execution skills with high standards for technical quality and deliverables. • Proficient in supplier management, contract negotiations, and budget oversight. • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey successes and challenges effectively. • Proven ability to lead, steer, and grow developer communities to ensure team cohesion and development. • Fluency in English and French for effective international communication. • Strong understanding of ODI architecture, TMF eTOM framework, and Open API standards.
