The Opportunity
  • Provide expert technical and specification advice to architects, contractors, and fellow fire engineers.
  • Lead and mentor a team of two Technical Advisors, supporting their professional growth.
  • Deliver toolbox talks, inspections, and compliance checks to ensure the highest levels of safety and quality.
  • Apply advanced engineering expertise and exercise critical judgement on complex fire engineering challenges.
  • Contribute to the development of new products, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and future industry needs.
  • Play an active role in industry innovation, working with colleagues across global R&D and technical teams.
What We're Looking For
  • Degree-qualified Engineer (or equivalent professional background).
  • Membership of a recognised fire industry body (IFE or similar) and ideally working towards Chartered Engineer (CEng).
  • Strong working knowledge of Approved Document B and passive fire protection principles.
  • Proven experience in fire engineering within construction, consultancy, or manufacturing environments.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships across a diverse range of stakeholders.
