We’re looking for a Fire Compliance Officer or Senior Fire Compliance Officer to join one of our key clients during a period of rapid growth. The role is remote-based, with occasional site visits, offering genuine flexibility and trust from day one.
In this position, you’ll provide clear, practical fire compliance advice across a wide range of projects, lead audits, interpret complex building and external wall details, and act as a confident point of contact for clients and project teams. Expect meaningful responsibility, varied work, and the opportunity to directly influence safer, better-built environments.
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in fire compliance, fire safety, clerk of works or building control
- Strong working knowledge of UK Building Regulations, external wall systems and compartmentation
- Experience with facades and cavity barriers would be a strong advantage
- Confident communication skills and strong report-writing ability
- Ideally MIFireE, MRICS or MCABE, though strong experience with a desire to progress is also welcomed
- Senior-level candidates should have around 5+ years’ experience with a relevant professional qualification. Fire Compliance Officer–level candidates with solid hands-on experience will be fully supported to gain further qualifications.
