Role Description
Love motorbikes? Love travel? Love sales? Then this is the job for you. This is a full-time hybrid role for the Sales Manager at Orange & Black Motorcycle Tours and Rentals. As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing sales strategies and targets, building and maintaining relationships with clients and suppliers from around the World, involved in every sale from start to finish, and giving riders the best motorcycle holiday they've ever had. Very hands on! This is travel, so you need to be in this for love and not money! We are located in Overton, Hampshire with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Motorcyclist
- Experienced global traveller and/or tour operator/travel agency experience
- Proven experience in sales
- Proven experience in sales management
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to analyse sales data and trends
- Proficiency in CRM software
- Knowledge of the motorcycle industry and a passion for riding
- Flexibility and adaptability
