Our company has long been celebrated for crafting some of the most iconic guitar amplifiers and professional audio equipment in the music world. Decades of heritage and innovation have shaped countless artists’ sounds, and today we’re pushing forward; designing Bluetooth speakers, wireless headphones, and hearables that speak to modern listeners while honouring our storied past.
As a Product Manager joining our team, you’ll take ownership of two distinct but deeply connected product ranges. On one hand, you’ll steward our revered guitar amplification and musical instrument products: amplifiers, pedals, effects units and accessories that professionals rely on.
On the other, you’ll shape the future of our consumer division, developing products designed for everyday music lovers. Your role spans every stage of the product journey, from initial research and concept through development, certification, launch and beyond.
You’ll work closely with our designers, technicians, marketers, sales team, finance team, and our suppliers. Your day-to-day will involve:
- Writing clear product requirements and technical specifications
- Planning, coordinating, and prioritising product roadmaps across both MI and consumer ranges
- Managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional deliverables
- Ensuring each product meets relevant global certification and compliance standards (CE, FCC, RoHS, UL, etc.)
- Working with internal teams and external partners to bring products from concept to launch
- Leading go-to-market activities including pricing, packaging, and channel training
- Tracking product performance post-launch and implementing lifecycle improvements.
- Managing end of life and renew cycles
- Staying up to date with the latest market trends, new technologies, and relevant legislation
- Creating reports for the Managing Director on product development and progress
- Whether you’re organising a milestone review, negotiating cost targets with a supplier, or briefing our marketing team on a new launch, your passion for music and prowess for process will shine through.
We’re looking for someone with at least five years’ product management experience.
Ideally you are from the musical instruments or consumer electronics sector and feel you still have room to grow, and ambitions to match. You should be as comfortable talking guitar tone and signal chains as you are discussing Bluetooth codecs and battery life. A hands‑on musician or audiophile background is a real asset, and you must thrive in a cross‑functional, fast‑paced environment.
In return, we offer a competitive salary, performance bonus, pension contributions and the chance to make your creative mark. You’ll have the chance to visit our international offices and locations, attend industry events, and influence the next generation of gear for musicians and listeners worldwide.
If you believe in the power of great sound and want to help us write the next chapter in our brand’s story, we’d love to hear from you.
