About the Role A rare opportunity has emerged for an experienced and responsible Operations Manager to lead and evolve the operational function of our UK business. Based from our global head office, this is a strategic, process-driven role responsible for designing and implementing new workflows, optimising efficiency across Operations, Logistics, and Customer Service, and ensuring our UK operations run with consistency, accuracy, and scalability. You will oversee a small, close-knit, on-site team while also leading in site management, inventory management, demand planning, ERP management, company compliance, and process improvement. This role is ideal for someone who has experience in these areas and can balance hands-on operational management with strong strategic thinking and systems-level improvement. Key Responsibilities Strategic Operational Leadership Develop, implement, and refine operational processes that increase efficiency, consistency, and quality across the UK business. Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and system gaps, then design actionable solutions with measurable outcomes. Lead continuous improvement initiatives across operations, logistics, customer service, stock management, and cross-team communication. Act as a key operational partner to senior leadership, contributing to long-term planning and organisational strategy. Create daily trackers and monthly performance reports on operational activity, progress, and trends. Team Leadership
