Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Aviation Quality Assurance Manager to oversee and maintain our Aerospace company's quality systems to the highest industry standards. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with ISO, ASA, AFRA, and RollsâRoyce SABRe requirements, while driving continuous improvement in all aspects of quality assurance, technical record management, and component control.

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate, accessible technical records, including component technical records, goods inwards forms, and despatch documentation.
- Raise Certificates of Conformity (ATA 106) as required.
- Oversee RB211 module disassembly and mutilation of component parts per reference ORP/11.
- Administer and action all Quantum control functions.
- Manage and update technical publications and documentation.
- Assess component and engine type interchangeability and evaluate new product technical data.
- Conduct assessments of backâtoâbirth records for potential material purchases.
- Oversee goods inwards technical acceptance of records.
- Maintain and develop the company quality system in line with existing accreditations.
- Ensure procedures are established, published, and updated to maintain compliance with Airworthiness Regulations and customer/accreditation standards.
- Lead and coordinate internal, external, customer, and accreditation audits.
- Perform any other duties relevant to the role as required.
Skills
- Experience managing or maintaining quality systems within an aviation or aerospace environment.
- Working knowledge of ISO standards, ASA and AFRA.
- RollsâRoyce SABRe quality requirements knowledge is desirable.
- Strong organisational and recordâkeeping skills with high attention to detail.
- Experience with technical records management, Certificates of Conformity, and component handling procedures.
- Ability to interpret and manage technical data and publications.
- Excellent communication and audit coordination skills.
- Competent IT skills, including familiarity with relevant systems such as Quantum (or similar ERP software).
- A proactive, analytical, and methodical approach to problemâsolving.
- Training will be provided where required.
