Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your section to the highest standards.

- Oversee your section, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and compliance with all health and safety guidelines.
- Assist in maintaining kitchen stock levels and ensuring waste is minimized.

- Take responsibility for preparing dishes for service, liaising with the Head Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods.
