The Opportunity: Due to continued growth, we’re hiring an Associate to join our London team (with the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis once promoted to Consultant). In the role of Trainee Recruiter you will:
- Work closely with a Client Partner and the wider senior team to identify qualified candidates for open positions through various recruiting and sourcing tools.
- Become an expert across the early stage tech industry whilst building relationships with top-tier GTM profiles.
- Bring creativity and rigour to sourcing - leveraging outbound, market mapping, community engagement, and referral strategies to find exceptional candidates.
- Screen and interview qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential job seekers to gain knowledge and generate referrals.
- Work daily with a Mentor to receive guidance and support in real time.
