You are professional, well presented, reliable, flexible, honest and a strong advocate for high levels of customer care. You take ownership and responsibility ensuring you are working effectively and developing close relationships with your colleagues. You are supportive of your colleagues and wider team and positively encourage great working relationships are maintained with our clients and other departments within the building.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Making First Impressions Last: By consistently completing your housekeeping tasks to high standards, you are ensuring they are always positive and lasting ones.
  • Delivering outstanding service and memorable customer care to the apartment residents, develops excellent working relationships & gives them peace of mind.
  • Ensuring all areas of the location, public areas, back of house and leisure facilities are kept meticulously clean and organized at all times on a daily basis.

KEY SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES FOR SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE

  • Attention to details in all aspects of role and duties.
  • Proven housekeeping and cleaning experience.
  • Ability to convey a warm and courteous professional interaction with residents, colleagues, visitors, clients and our service providers to ensure a seamless service experience can be created.
  • Ability to develop professional understanding of residents’ requirements ensure bespoke service is maintained for every individual resident knowing their preferences and specific needs.
  • To have a complete understanding of the different cleaning products and their economical use ensuring the appropriate cleaning materials are used in accordance with standards set.
  • Maintain an organized and tidy work and all public areas.
