Are you a skilled and experienced HR professional looking for the opportunity to work with a respected, forward-thinking HR consultancy? Are you passionate about supporting clients to make the right HR decisions? Looking for an HR Advisor role where you will be fully involved supporting an enviable range of clients and organisations?
This HR Consultancy is a trusted and reliable partner to clients across the UK, predominately in the Southeast and London. Established for over a decade, we are a growing small business and due to ongoing success, we are now seeking to engage a new HR Advisor to join their team. This is a great opportunity to be involved in the day-to-day business, working alongside the MD and Principal HR Consultant, supporting their client casework, service delivery and business growth and development.
To thrive in this role, you will be able to demonstrate key areas below:
- Evidence of working within a Human Resources function, delivering full HR lifecycle administration and advice
- Wide range of HR technical knowledge
- Strong Employee Relations experience
- CIPD level 5 (or working towards) as a preferred minimum
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good with people – great at building relationships alongside dealing with people matters confidentially, appropriately and respectfully
- Customer service – emphasis on delivering excellent customer service, often exceeding customers’ expectations
- Excellent IT skills, particularly Word and Excel but also a good understanding of social media use for business. Use of an HR Information System desirable
- Self-motivated and well organised to manage the different client requests and needs
- Willing to assist in all aspects of the business
We can offer a competitive benefits package including:
- Flexible working hours – Looking for 20 -25 hours per week (preferably spread across 5 days)
- Remote and flexible working with monthly co-working and/or regular team meets (depends on location)
- 25 days annual leave in addition to the usual bank holidays (pro-rated to equivalent working hours)

- A commission scheme for new clients brought on
