Oraculum in Hindhead, Surrey, is seeking an experienced Office Manager/Project Co-ordinator.

The role is hybrid with 3–4 days on-site, supporting Directors, Project Managers and Designers.

You will manage office systems, cloud storage, invoices via Xero, and coordinate meetings, travel, and accommodation.

Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, 32k–36k GBP with 25 days holiday and free parking. Occasional client-site travel is expected.
