Qualifications
- Qualified or nearly qualified Residential Surveyor.
- RICS accredited or working towards accreditation through the SAVA Diploma route/University course.
- Property and construction background, or experience in estate agency, property management, asset management, or other surveying disciplines.
- Good knowledge of residential construction, building pathology, and defect diagnosis.

What You Will Be Doing
- Undertaking Level 2 and Level 3 residential inspections.
- Producing clear, accurate, and detailed survey reports under RICS template.
- Identifying building defects and recommending appropriate remedial action.
- Liaising professionally with clients and agents.
- Managing workload and inspection schedules efficiently.
- Supporting selective Party Wall matters where required.
- Maintaining compliance with RICS professional standards and ethics.
