Job Description:
Fusion Data Intelligence Content Development aims to enable customers to fully leverage their data by offering top-tier out-of-the-box content as well as a flexible customization framework. Our team includes experts in Oracle Analytics and Fusion Data Intelligence committed to improving the product.
We analyze and mitigate production incidents, propose enhancements to reduce incidents, improve resolution times, and enhance support capabilities. We also create POCs to validate our enhancement proposals and collaborate with multiple Oracle development teams and support.
The candidate must be a UK citizen with valid UK National status and support UK Government Cloud, participating in 24×7 on-call rotations.
Minimum Requirements:
- UK Nationals with valid UK Passport or Birth Certificate.
- Ability to support UK Government environments.
Responsibilities:
- Understand customer requirements and propose solutions.
- Analyze incidents, mitigate, and suggest product enhancements.
- Perform root cause analysis and prevent recurrences.
- Implement Proof of Concept for enhancements.
- Collaborate across time zones.
- Maintain security measures and participate in on-call support.
