Fusion Data Intelligence Content Development aims to enable customers to fully leverage their data by offering top-tier out-of-the-box content as well as a very flexible customization framework. Within this organization, our team includes experts in Oracle Analytics and Fusion Data Intelligence committed to improving the product.
We analyze and mitigate production incidents raised to the development team, take a step back to see the overall picture, and propose enhancements to the product and incident management process to:
- Reduce the number of incidents
- Reduce the time to resolution
- Improve Oracle Support capabilities to find solutions independently
- Enhance customer capabilities to prevent issues or find solutions themselves
- Improve application performance
- Enhance integration between FDI and other Oracle products
We also create POCs to demonstrate the validity of our enhancement proposals. The candidate will collaborate with multiple Oracle development teams as well as Oracle Support.
Candidate must be a citizen of the United Kingdom and must maintain UK National Status. This role requires security clearance for Federal Government work, which is a minimum requirement. Participation in on-call rotations to support UK Government Cloud is mandatory. On-call shifts are scheduled weekly, including weekends and holidays, with schedules managed according to Oracle UK policies. This role is open only to UK Nationals eligible to support UK Government environments, holding at least one of the following government-issued documents:
- Valid UK Passport
- UK Birth Certificate
- UK Naturalization Certificate
