As a Technology Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will become an active contributor to our customer’s journey, by acting as the first point of contact for prospects, connecting them with Oracle’s products and services, and setting the stage for their success.

  • Engage & Influence – Reach out, cold calls and email new prospects and existing customers to build relationships, proactively present Oracle solutions and generate new sales opportunities.
  • Always foresighted – Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects that can develop into quality leads.
  • Master Communication – Develop top-tier selling and communication skills, using a variety of tools including social media, web-based platforms, and outbound calling to drive engagement.
  • Collaborate & Succeed – Work in our in-country offices with our Marketing and Sales teams to achieve joint targets and develop account strategies that drive results.
  • Report to sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results. Perform database and record keeping tasks.
  • Target-Driven – You have the passion and determination to meet and exceed your goals, contributing directly to Oracle’s success.

✔ Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) or relevant experience.

✔ Experience as a sales development representative, with a track record of achieving sales quotas is welcomed but not mandatory.

✔ Passion for Sales– You’re joining as an SDR with the goal of progressing to a Technology Sales role.

✔ Fluency in English and local market language – Clear communication is key!
