What You Will Do

As a Sales Manager for Oracle’s flagship, industry-leading Data Platform, you will lead, coach and empower a team of sales professionals to drive adoption and growth across multiple enterprise accounts.

  • Drive strategic planning and execution across your team's territory and verticals.
  • Lead account planning and opportunity management in collaboration with your team.
  • Support your team in developing robust, qualified pipelines and achieving revenue targets.
  • Serve as an executive sponsor and trusted advisor to key customers and partners.
  • Work across Oracle ecosystems and alliances to build long-term customer capabilities.
  • Promote a customer-centric and collaborative team culture aligned with Oracle’s values.
  • Foster relationships with C-level executives and decision makers in key accounts.
  • Communicate and reinforce Oracle's value proposition through unified multi-pillar offerings.
  • Support the team to leverage Pre-Sales, Product Management and Global Business Units to support complex sales cycles.
  • Ensure team execution of business development initiatives to increase pipeline and awareness of Oracle Technology and PaaS solutions.
  • Develop team capabilities through coaching, mentoring and performance management.
  • Travel as required.
