For UK and EU markets:

  • Drive product strategy and roadmap for Clinical, Patient, and broader healthcare AI Agent capabilities, with a strong focus on technically complex features and integrations.
  • Engage directly with regional and international healthcare customers to understand workflows, regulatory expectations, and functional requirements for AI-driven clinical decision support and automation.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional product management, engineering, data science, and UX teams to translate customer needs into clear, actionable product requirements.
  • Serve as a key liaison for international go-to-market activities, supporting sales teams, partner enablement, and customer pre-sales conversations across multiple regions.
  • Act as a customer advocate by monitoring solution performance, gathering feedback, and driving continuous improvement in AI accuracy, safety, and clinical usability.
  • Leverage strong technical background to work effectively with developers and architects on AI model behavior, system performance, interoperability, and deployment considerations.
  • Utilise healthcare domain expertise—clinical workflows, EHR systems, and data standards—to guide product decisions; experience with Oracle Health (Millennium) preferred but not required.
  • Support global customer engagement efforts, including demos, technical deep dives, and early-adopter programs, ensuring successful adoption and market readiness.
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for Clinical, Patient, and enterprise-level Healthcare AI Agent capabilities, ensuring alignment with clinical workflows, safety, and regulatory expectations.
  • Gather and synthesise requirements from regional and international healthcare customers, including clinical leaders, IT teams, and operational stakeholders, to shape the AI Agent product roadmap.
  • Translate complex customer needs into detailed functional requirements and collaborate with engineering, data science, and UX teams to drive technical execution.
  • Partner with the broader functional product management group to prioritise features, define acceptance criteria, and ensure consistent delivery across global markets.
  • Work closely with international go-to-market teams to support product launch readiness, including sales enablement, partner training, competitive positioning, and solution messaging.
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales support by participating in customer demos, responding to technical and workflow questions, and guiding customers through adoption and implementation.
  • Act as a customer advocate by monitoring product performance, collecting feedback, identifying gaps, and driving continuous improvement in AI accuracy, reliability, and clinical relevance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on compliance, interoperability, cloud deployment, and integration with clinical systems; experience with Oracle Health (Millennium) preferred but not required.

Your Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of professional experience in product management, including owning roadmaps and shipping cloud/SaaS products across multiple countries/regions.
  • 3+ years of proven track record delivering successful, regulated software products (e.g., healthcare solutions, EHR/EMR modules, clinical decision support, or similar) with measurable outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience in European market expansion: localisation pricing/packaging, partner/channel strategy, and post-launch iteration.
  • Hands-on familiarity with AI/ML in products (model integration and evaluation, human-in-the-loop workflows, monitoring for drift/bias) with responsible AI practices.
  • Technical fluency: APIs/SDKs, cloud architectures (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS), data platforms and pipelines, CI/CD, observability, reliability/SLOs; ability to write clear PRDs and navigate technical trade-offs.
  • Experience working with or within EHR ecosystems (e.g., Oracle Health, Epic, Meditech) and healthcare interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR, ICD, SNOMED, DICOM).
  • Knowledge of EU/UK regulatory and compliance requirements (GDPR/UK DPA, EU AI Act readiness, MDR/IVDR awareness), data residency/localisation, identity and access management, and privacy-by-design.
  • Experience with Go-to-Market strategy and full product lifecycle management from concept through delivery and iteration.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience shipping AI/ML features in Europe and navigating public procurement (e.g., NHS, national health authorities).
  • Demonstrated success scaling large healthcare or analytics platforms across multiple European markets.
  • Understanding of multiple European languages preferred, especially English (UK), Spanish, and German.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a closely related healthcare/technical discipline.
