The Oracle Business Operations team is looking for an individual that can help bring the EMEA NetSuite vision to life, while pro-actively monitoring the day-to-day operations of the business and anticipating where issues can occur in relation to sales as well as supporting departments.
Core Responsibilities
- Trusted advisor and occasional stand in for the EMEA NetSuite AMO Sales Leadership.
- Improves business process efficiency across both Operations and Sales through benchmarking best practices.
- Takes leadership of the day to day management of the business: Forecast, Strategic and Tactical reviews, KPIs monitoring, Staffing, Territory management, etc.
- Supports local needs of Sales and Sales Management across EMEA Netsuite AMO.
Stakeholder Management
- Business partner who adds value to the respective Business Unit and Management Team.
- Standardizes and aligns activities and processes around Forecasting, Driving KPIs, Result Analysis and Reporting, Ongoing Quarter Close issue tracking and resolution.
- Uses best practices to monitor, analyse, present and improve KPIs based on common data sources.
- Establishes and implements governance for the business unit to ensure focus supports the business objectives and is planned effectively and efficiently.
- Supports strategic business initiatives from an operational and organisational perspective.
- Assesses business organisation and processes from an operational and organisational perspective and provides advice and action plans.
- Advises business on risks and improvement areas.
- Provides the respective business unit with business analysis and management information/recommendations.
- Represents the Business Unit in discussions related to management information created by the business analyst team.
- Uses common data sources (Sales Intelligence dashboards, Forecasting and Finance information) to highlight risks and areas for improvement and agree with the business on actions to mitigate or drive improvement.
- Supports the Business with ad hoc requests related to day-to-day operational issues or long term strategic initiatives.
- Drives Funnel Reviews for Assessment of demand influx and pipeline quality.
- Drives specific competitive initiatives involving market analysis and deal reviews.
- Assists with budget planning and tracking.
Team Engagement
- Act as ally to the extended ecosystem (Presales, Marketing, SDRs, …) supporting EMEA NetSuite AMO team to drive and further support its strategy.
- Share knowledge and actively collaborate with Business Operations community.
Beyond the core EMEA NetSuite AMO responsibilities listed above, the successful candidate will be expected to take on occasional additional roles and responsibilities at EMEA NetSuite level.
Responsibilities Required Skills/Experience
- 5+ years work experience in an Oracle Sales/Business operations department.
- Knowledge of the Applications Business preferable.
- Outstanding organizational and problem solving skills.
- Ability to focus and set priorities.
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing international environment.
- Service orientated and a team player.
- Ability to work under time constraints and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in English both spoken and written.
- Excellent Presentation skills.
- Experience with systems used by NetSuite in the back office like NSCorp, DOMO, etc., is an advantage.
- Experience with the collaboration & social tools used by Oracle is an advantage.
