Responsibilities Be our customers’ trusted technical configuration advisor, developing a deep knowledge of their systems and needs, ensuring the Oracle solution is and remains optimal. Devise and govern the implementation configuration of complex Oracle Siebel deployments. Advise and assist customers’ ongoing innovation and ROI post-deployment. Work closely with business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Customize and configure Siebel CRM modules to meet specific needs. Develop and maintain Siebel scripts, workflows, business services, and components. Create and maintain EAI processes, including web services, REST APIs, integration objects, and data maps. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Siebel application performance. Design and maintain data models, perform data migration and cleansing. Collaborate with QA to ensure solution quality and participate in testing phases. Create and maintain technical documentation. Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and system updates. Willingness to undertake the UK Government Security Vetting process.
