As a Principal Sales Consultant, you will be the expert for formulating and leading presales technical and functional support activities for prospective clients and customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving adoption of Oracle Health Insurance solutions.

You will partner with the sales team to develop and execute a sales strategy around Oracle Health Insurance (OHI) and related solutioning offerings. Your role involves translating high‑level business requirements into Oracle solution constructs, educating customers on best practices for on‑premises and cloud deployments, and guiding them through migration to cloud‑based solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be an expert in Oracle Health Insurance (OHI) Application Suite Assets (OHI primary, OIPA secondary) and related solutioning offerings.
  • Formulate and execute a sales strategy based on the adoption of the Oracle technology suite and Insurance Application suite deployments.
  • Translate customers’ high‑level business requirements to Oracle Insurance solution constructs during presales RFX and Discovery phases.
  • Educate customers on best practices for on‑premises and cloud‑based solutions and on migration of existing workloads to these solutions.
  • Help customers shape and execute a strategy to develop next‑generation solutions on Oracle Health Insurance technology.
  • Engage with a diverse customer base, effectively communicating Oracle’s Insurance value proposition and participating in detailed technical discussions to ensure optimal design for deployment in the cloud or on‑premises.
  • Deliver compelling presentations, product demos, sample solutions, and discussions to drive adoption of the Oracle suite.
  • Leverage marketing frameworks to develop opportunity‑specific business cases, guide deal marketing, and provide RFI/RFP input, preparing presentation materials for key client meetings.
  • Manage complex sales activities, including the preparation of proposals and responses.
  • Hands‑on skills to create and configure the Oracle Health Insurance Application Suite Assets (OHI system) for demos across diverse health insurance policy, claims, and related use‑case scenarios.
  • Orchestrate final meeting presentations, developing exemplary client‑facing sales content and conducting business‑focused product demonstrations that impress clients.
  • Travel up to 50% of the time, including possible international travel.
Qualifications
  • Deep technical knowledge of Oracle Health Insurance (OHI) and the broader Oracle Insurance suite.
  • Experience in presales, RFP/RFI response, solutioning, and sales strategy development.
  • Strong presentation and demo skills, with the ability to translate customer business needs into Oracle solutions.
  • Solid understanding of on‑prem and cloud architecture and migration best practices.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, including international travel.
