What you will do

• Partner with customers to unlock the full potential of their Oracle Cloud solutions and ensure business outcomes are met.
• Advise clients on HR transformation needs, reduce risk, and improve return on investment.
• Capture business requirements.
• Build consensus around business processes and design.
• Communicate Oracle’s HCM capabilities.
• Maintain rapport with client experts.
• Design and configure Oracle HCM application solutions.
• Travel when necessary.

What are we looking for

• Extensive experience in Fusion HCM – Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, T&A.
• Ability to be security cleared.
