Description The Org – Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)

The Oracle Data Center’s Organization is growing rapidly. The OCI footprint has grown over 400% in the last 2 years and is on track to exceed that growth trend in the next 2 years. The OCI organization is the physical infrastructure support team that provides operational, logistical and compliance support for Oracle Data Center’s globally.

The Team – Program Management, Audit, Security & Safety Team (PASS)

The Program Management, Audit, Security & Safety Compliance Team (PASS) is embedded in the Data Center Engineering team within OCI. The PASS team operates at a global scale supporting all stages of the data center lifecycle from market selection through build to operations and ultimately, decommission.

The Role – Compliance Program Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Compliance Program Manager, specializing in data center operations. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing compliance throughout the entire data center lifecycle. This role is based in Security Compliance supporting the validation of Oracle Managed Security Systems. This role will work closely with Global Physical Security to communicate business requirements, support LOB enabling activities, and validate successful compliance security systems in Oracle data center spaces.

The ideal candidate for this position is proactive, driven, and results oriented. We are looking for someone who thrives on identifying program gaps and enabling the best, most user-friendly solutions for our internal and external customers. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong problem-solving abilities. Your ability to effectively collaborate with remote teams and provide educational support will be essential in ensuring compliance and maintaining a safe working environment within our data centers.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience relevant to the function area.
  • 3-6 years of Program Management experience.
  • 3-6 years of audit/compliance experience with specific knowledge around Security Systems and Security System Components such as CCTV, Access Systems, and Security Networks.
  • Ideal candidate will have working knowledge of data center construction and operation.
  • Ability to work with diverse groups across multiple time zones and countries.
  • Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office Tool
  • Project and relationship management skills.
  • Be comfortable operating in ambiguity, rapid change, and possess strong critical thinking skills.
