Job Overview

We are seeking a Payroll Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant with demonstrable experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, UK payroll, and full lifecycle implementations. The role involves technical design, development, and support within Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll modules.
• Collaborate with HR, HRIS, and Payroll teams to gather requirements for dashboards, reports, interfaces, extensions, and integrations.
• Translate business and system requirements into technical design and build solutions.
• Support UK payroll and payroll integrations.
• Develop HDL, HCM Extracts, Archive/BIP Reports, OTBI, and Fast Formulas.
• Coordinate with global project teams for estimates and implementation planning.
• Create automation and optimization scripts or tools.
• Partner with clients on data conversions and report finalization.
• Perform unit testing and support validation phases such as SIT, UAT, and Go Live.

Qualifications and Experience

• Technical experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
• UK payroll experience is essential.
• At least two full lifecycle Cloud implementations and upgrades.
• Proficiency in Payroll Fast Formulas, HDL, HCM Extract, OTBI, and BI Publisher.
• Strong SQL/PLSQL skills.
• Experience adhering to coding standards.
• Oracle EBS experience is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively, provide progress updates, and estimate efforts.
• Capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and performing under pressure.
• Self-motivated problem solver with a quick learning ability.
• Leadership in technical design and development, interpreting requirements into technical features.
