The SDR role offers hands-on experience in sourcing and qualifying leads, building product knowledge, and developing fundamental sales skills. Minimum Qualifications

  • Native-level English proficiency
  • BS/BA degree in Business Management, Finance, or Economics (preferred, not essential)
  • Experience in sales activities such as researching, prospecting, cold-calling, and achieving quotas
  • Adaptable, resilient, self-motivated, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment with a drive to succeed
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills and interpersonal abilities

Your Responsibilities

  • Analyze and understand customer needs, personas, processes, projects, and requirements to identify potential solutions.
  • Perform outbound prospecting via cold-calls, emails, and social media to generate high-quality, BANT-qualified leads for Account Managers.
  • Develop a working knowledge of Oracle NetSuite solutions and value propositions to discuss benefits and ROI effectively.
  • Maintain a high volume of tailored, multi-channel outreach, leveraging both outbound efforts and inbound marketing leads.
  • Engage confidently with and influence key personnel, including executives.
  • Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with Account Managers.
  • Prioritise your time and accounts to ensure success.
