Responsibilities:
As a Solution Consultant/Pre Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for facilitating the NetSuite sales process, working closely with the Sales Organisation. You will collaborate with our Account Management team for upsell and cross-sell opportunities, working with our existing customer base. You will add value throughout the sales process by:
- Gathering requirements from new customers and analyzing their needs to present the most suitable solution.
- Analyzing customer requirements and customizations.
- Presenting and providing in-depth product demonstrations that bring the most value to our customers’ businesses.
This role involves being a trusted advisor during the sales process, presenting the NetSuite solution to customers, and clearly articulating the benefits of the NetSuite application at all levels of the business. Experience in Finance is vital for this position, which is based in London or Reading, with 2-3 days per week in the office.
