NetSuite Education Consultant

What you’ll do:

• Work collaboratively with Professional Services and Partners, supporting learners across the EMEA Region to build product knowledge, increase user adoption, and achieve ROI.
• Deliver tailored customer-specific training, including Pre-UAT, Train the Trainer, End User Training, and Go Live Support, both virtually and onsite, based on project scope.
• Apply adult learning techniques and adapt methods to meet specific customer needs, utilizing industry best practices.
• Conduct Learning Lab workshops and webinar series for diverse customer groups.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the NetSuite application across all functional areas relevant to customer learning needs.
• Manage multiple customer training projects simultaneously, demonstrating flexibility and collaboration.
• Participate in project kick-offs, define training requirements, and support customer advising and scoping discussions.
• Follow Global Education Services delivery methods, processes, procedures, and policies in training development and delivery.
• Contribute to the development of new training offerings and process improvements.
• Represent the Global Education Services team and coordinate with Customer Success and Subscription Services teams.

This role reports directly to a UK-based manager.
