As a global leader we’re looking for a Senior Research Analyst to drive success as part of our Research Services team. Join us and create the future. With your unique combination of analytical prowess and project management skills, you will be the driving force behind our commercial success. This role entails managing innovative market research studies, harnessing AI technology to gain a strategic advantage. Additionally, you will manage client relationships and start mentoring other analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the team.
What you will do:
- Manage the delivery of primarily quantitative commercial studies across the European Commercial Team in an autonomous way
- Build knowledge of a variety of techniques and applications of quantitative research to suggest appropriate methodology & sample sizes
- Design research material (screener, questionnaire) with minimal support
- Manage each project step (Set up / FW / DP / Timelines / Analysis / Deliverable/Admin)
- Anticipate challenges, propose and implement cost saving solutions when possible
- Monitor time spent on projects (own, project team)
- Analyse findings and draw actionable insight to meet client needs, with minimal support
- Manage statistical analysis, write and quality check reports and headings
- Draft the design of impactful slides for reports / presentations autonomously
- Actively contribute to the creative storytelling process, thinking beyond PowerPoint
- Day to day client communication on tactical project aspects; presentation of research insights and recommendations
- Provide juniors with on the job training around key role competencies
- Seek to leverage Oracle technology to improve research practices and outcomes
Required Experience:
- A Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in engineering, biology, agronomy, statistics, pharmacy, or similar
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in delivering high quality project management in Life Sciences (Market Research preferably)
- Experience of data manipulation, quantitative analysis and visualisation softwares and approaches such as DisplayR, Apex, IDL, DB actions, notebooks
Preferred Experience:
- A strong Oncology and/or rare disease interest is appreciated
