As an Oracle Health Business Support Intern, you will support a range of teams across the organisation and gain experience in either our Sales Operations or Consulting Operations positions, with the flexibility to help other teams when needed.

As an Oracle Health Business Support Intern you will:

  • Work closely with colleagues across Oracle Health, becoming a key part of the team and gaining insight into how different areas operate.
  • Take part in key moments across the customer journey, including project kick‑offs, go‑lives, and client events.
  • Support account management function on opportunity and customer engagement work to help our customers advance their strategies.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and support to implementation or account management teams.
  • Coordinate activities & develop into owning responsibilities within project delivery and the customer relationship.
  • Work with account management teams to build customer propositions that deliver value and enhance customer collaboration.
  • Contribute to the operations and delivery of a high-performing business in a complex industry.
  • Learn how the NHS works and support a number of NHS organisations to achieve their goals.
  • Support communications planning and marketing events.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Undergraduate students completing a university placement programme.
  • Energetic, articulate and motivated students on course for a 2:1 degree or higher with the right attitude and initiative to succeed in a fast-paced business in the UK.
  • High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, commitment, self-belief and achievement-orientation.
  • An interest in the NHS and broader healthcare industry, with a motivation to make a difference.
  • Good time management and interpersonal skills.
