Oracle NetSuite is seeking an exceptional Senior Sales Director to lead our UK & Ireland General Business organisation. This is a high-impact second-line leadership role, responsible for leading a team of three First Line Sales Managers and an organisation of approximately 20 sales professionals. You will drive significant ARR growth, expand our market presence, and build a high-performance sales culture across the business.

This role requires an experienced sales leader with a passion for developing leaders, driving execution at scale, and creating a winning, high-energy environment. You will lead a fast-paced, high-volume sales organisation focused on acquiring new customers through multiple smaller transactions, while maintaining operational excellence and forecasting discipline.

Responsibilities:
  • Proven second-line sales leadership experience leading First Line Managers and organisations of 20+ sales professionals.
  • Demonstrated success leading three or more Sales Managers in a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Strong track record of delivering and exceeding ARR and revenue targets.
  • Significant experience selling Cloud Applications, particularly ERP, Financial Management or broader Business Applications.
  • Deep understanding of solution selling across multiple industry verticals including Manufacturing & Distribution, Hospitality, Financial Services, Retail, TMT, Infrastructure and other mid-market sectors.
  • Proven success operating within a high-volume, transactional sales environment, managing numerous smaller opportunities while maintaining forecast accuracy and execution excellence.
  • A hunter mentality with a passion for winning new business, driving pipeline generation and instilling a culture of proactive customer acquisition.
  • High-energy leader who inspires teams through pace, resilience, accountability and a strong desire to win.
  • Exceptional leadership with the ability to inspire, coach and develop high-performing leaders.
  • Strategic thinker capable of translating business objectives into executable sales plans.
  • Strong executive presence with experience influencing senior stakeholders.

Hybrid working: This role is based in our London/Reading office and requires attendance a minimum of three days per week to support effective leadership, coaching, collaboration and team development. This can be a mixture of being onsite in the office or customer site.
