Provisioning of physical access requests received via email or internal systems into Colocation Provider Web Portals.

  • Unblocking of urgent access issues in a compliant way.
  • Help co-ordinate deliveries of racks and access for personnel who will install them.
  • Help co-ordinate deliveries of material (notifying colo providers of expected deliveries via portals, collecting and tracking, storing packages).
  • Arranging outgoing packages and material shipments as required.
  • Performing monthly audits of access logs (comparing what was authorized and what was accessed) and raising security tickets for violations.
  • Ordering and managing supply levels for Data Centre offices.
  • Placing orders for various spare parts and consumables as required.
  • Assisting with project based works (such as tracking, reporting progress, preparing data etc.) for leadership.
  • Planning, booking travel as required for the EMEA team.
  • Submitting expense reports as required.
  • Scheduling meetings across Geos and taking minutes as required.
  • Managing meetings and events for visiting teams/people/leadership (e.g. food, drink, restaurant bookings, special requests).
  • Helping to develop and sustain 5S standards on each site including creating photos, labels and other related tasks.
  • Awareness and adherence to all applicable Health & Safety rules.
  • Ordering of PPE and managing the inventory of PPE onsite.
  • Additional tasks as necessitated by the department.

What you need to know to be successful in this role:

  • 5+ years of Office Administrative work
  • Strong experience of standard Office programs, particularly Excel
  • Eye for detail in data
  • Timely responses to requests
  • Able to pull own work from tickets, requests, emails
  • Written and Spoken fluency in English
  • Able to work on step ladders and lift weights of up to 25 Kg.

Responsibilities: Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.
