How the programme is structured
- A 21-month structured programme with three immersive rotations.
- First rotation: Solution Engineering (SE): Deep dive into Oracle’s technology and the customer journey.
- Second rotation: Sales Development Representative (SDR): Learn to engage customers in the early stages of the sales cycle.
- Final rotation: Sales: Bring it all together and take your place as a full member of the Sales team.
