Customer Success Associate
Ensure a quick and smooth customer account activation, providing the customer with relevant knowledge for early use.
Continuously monitor and review the adoption plan with the customer to ensure progress aligns with their expectations, facilitate ROI, ensure success during critical stages (e.g., Go Live), and provide long-term support.
Identify and escalate new business opportunities.
Stimulate customer interest by sharing relevant information and facilitating connections with relevant Oracle activities.
Remove barriers by ensuring the progress and rapid resolution of support tickets through engaging relevant teams and defending the customer\’s interests. Proactively identify structural problems affecting the customer\’s use of Oracle Cloud and develop resolution plans.
Act as a customer advocate for product features and requirements.
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree (or higher) in a relevant field
- Relevant modules and/or experience in Project Management, Business, or IT
- Problem-solving skills, task planning, and delegation skills
- Passion for IT and technology
- Listening and coordination skills
- Energetic, sociable, with a customer-centric approach, constantly seeking to anticipate customer needs through advice, training, or methodology
- Ability to understand customers\’ business requirements and define success
- Strong collaboration and networking skills, with the ability to work in teams
- 0-2 years of experience, creativity, and passion to join the team, working professionally and competently
- Customer-facing work experience is a plus
