Oracle’s UK & Ireland Applications Field Marketing team is looking for an experienced, results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute and optimise measurable, integrated digital marketing campaigns in support of the region’s go-to-market plans and pipeline creation goals.
The role is an exciting opportunity for a passionate digital marketer to take a data driven approach to omnichannel planning and execution designed to optimise pipeline creation. Facilitating the paid and leading the owned media strategy for the UK and Ireland Applications business, the successful candidate will partner with Global Marketing, regional Field and Partner Marketing, and Outbound teams to drive integrated campaign plans, as well as with channel activation teams for execution and optimisation.
Deep knowledge in B2B digital marketing, and hands-on experience in media strategy, planning for the UK SaaS market is a must.
Responsibilities
- Design integrated, omnichannel digital plans to create, convince, capture and convert audiences through the marketing funnel to drive inbound lead volumes and deliver against campaign pipeline goals.
- Plan an effective audience strategy designed to optimise penetration and engagement across digital channels aligned to buying intent signals.
- Act as strategic advisor to in-region Field Marketing colleagues to ensure GTM campaign plans are fully integrated with optimal digital and media plans to complement both event and outbound plans in support of pipeline goals.
- Work in partnership with the Global Channel and Campaign teams to design digital campaign user journeys, localise ad and web experiences, and activate paid digital media, email campaigns, website experiences, and social amplification.
- Closely monitor lead flow and pipeline creation across the region for owned & paid digital channels, and solicit feedback from the SDR teams, to identify optimisations required for MQL forecast and pipeline targets to be met.
- Maintain regular connects with the Global digital channel teams to inform them of optimisation requirements aligned to pipeline creation results.
- Work in collaboration with in-region Field Marketing colleagues to deliver Sales Development Representative (SDR) enablement and ensure timely and effective follow-up for MQLs.
